“Had an error message on our thermostat and the heater stopped working. Put in a ticket with our home warranty in the afternoon of 2/6. Marcos called a couple hours later and said he could be there around 5:30 if it worked for us. He showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He determined the capacitor in our outside unit was faulty. He replaced it and the heater turned back on immediately and error message disappeared. He also checked the handler in the attic to make sure everything was working there. We have a complex trane unit that not many hvac guys are familiar with. He checked a few more things while it was running to make sure all was good, which it was. Has been working fine since. He also drained some excessive refrigerant from when the last contractor was here and overfilled. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about hvac. This is his own company and he has been doing hvac for years prior to starting Socra. We hope our warranty company contracts him again for any hvac claims and if we need a tune up for the summer, we will be calling him.”

“We recently had Marcos from Socra Air Solutions do some work on one of our air conditioners. We were able to get an appointment with him quickly and he arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and rectified it the same day. Our air conditioner now works better than it did in the past and the price for the service was fair and reasonable. We will definitely use Socra Air Solutions again if we have any issues with our air conditioners.”

“Marco showed up on time for the estimate to replace a 20 year old unit. He was very professional, had a clean work truck, and seemed like an honest guy (turned out he is). He gave a reasonable price up front so we decided to moved forward with him on the install. On install day he showed up on time as promised.
